Scheduling
You choose a delivery date and time window at checkout. Dates are limited by our lead time and by the florist's capacity. We do not promise a specific minute.
Recipient and address
Please give a complete address and a contact number for the recipient when it is needed to deliver. Incorrect addresses may cause delivery delays or fees.
Failed delivery
If we cannot deliver because nobody is available or the address is wrong, we will contact you. Re-delivery terms are [owner to confirm].
